- This class combines basic yoga, pilates, and flexibility moves to stretch the entire body. It is a great way to start or end your day by finding calm in your mind, body, and spirit.
- There is no impact and movements are slow and isolated.

- Teens will gain the foundation for physical education that was once provided by the education system. This is a unique class designed to give teens a complete, intensive, yet fun cardiovascular and strength training workout.
- It features both moderately challenging and advanced drills to help teens improve knowledge, endurance, coordination, flexibility, muscular balance, muscular strength, and agility.
- This class is structured to follow the Center for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines for young adults. The goal is to create a safe, fun, and noncompetitive environment so that the child can achieve his/her own personal best!

- Please wear comfortable workout clothing AND proper footwear, such as walking shoes or cross-trainers.

- The goal of this class is to bring the family together as everyone achieves Optimal Health by means of physical activity. Camaraderie is the key element to empower parents and teens for healthy family fun!
- Families have the choice of attending Cardio Sculpt or Ultimate Cardio.

CARDIO SCULPT FOR THE YOUNG AT HEART [CSYH] - (no impact)

- This class is designed for those who are active and young at heart, yet are not comfortable in large group fitness classes. By limiting the class size to a maximum of 12 people, you will feel like you have your own personal trainer. The goal of this class is to add a zero to light impact cardiovascular workout as well as strength training by using resistance bands and light weights to maintain and regain full range of motion. The class will have limited choreography, so movements are easy to follow. There is much focus on safety and proper alignment, which in the long run will help prevent injury.
- This class is excellent for beginners and active retired individuals. Expect to work up a sweat and have fun while getting the suggested amount of cardiovascular exercise and strength training recommended for Older Adults by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

- Bump up your core strengthening exercises by adding a cardiovascular workout! This class is designed to improve endurance, coordination, flexibility, muscular balance, core strength and cardiovascular training, WHILE burning fat!
- I will guide you through a series of exercises using interval and circuit training techniques, hand held weights (1-5 lbs), bands, resistance cords, and stability ball. While I push you to your personal best, safety is essential - especially while using the stability ball for balancing and coordination. If you liked Muscle Sculpting on the Ball, you're definitely going to have fun in this class!

- Bump up your Muscle Sculpting by adding a cardiovascular workout! This class is designed to improve endurance, coordination, flexibility, muscular balance and cardiovascular training.
- Though this is a high impact class, there are ALWAYS low impact options.
- I will guide you through a series of exercises using interval and circuit training techniques, hand-held weights, bands, resistance cord, jump rope, core training and many more surprises that will sculpt your body as you build muscle and melt stubborn fat away. There is much focus on safety, proper alignment, and maintaining full range of motion for all muscle groups. If you want more "Bang-for your Buck," then THIS is the workout class for you!

ULTIMATE CARDIO WORKOUT [UCW] - (high impact)

- This is a unique class designed to give you a complete, intensive, yet fun, cardiovascular workout. It features both moderately challenging and advanced drills without involving any complicated choreography.
- Ultimate Cardio Workout is a much safer approach to Boot Camp. Why? A variety of exercises are rotated to help avoid repetitive motion and subsequent stress injuries. Classes take place in a controlled studio environment with mirrors, flat surface, limited group size, and air conditioning. You will be guided through a proper warm-up and cool-down.
- Although this is a high impact class, there are always low impact options. You are encouraged to go at your own pace, so there is no pressure or competition whatsoever! And absolutely NO YELLING!
[EQUIPMENT]
- Just bring your water, towel, and mat for the cool-down portion.
- If you have your own jump rope that you would like to use, please bring it along. Otherwise, I have jump ropes for everyone to share.
- Oh yes...most important of all, be ready to get your Sneakers MOVING!
